Fellowship Lunch - Farewell to the Swanson Family

A number of times a year, the church family stays behind after the morning service and brings food to share during lunch. This Fellowship Lunch coincided with Andy and Heather Swanson as well as Abi and Matthew departing these shores to begin training in the US with Mission Aviation (M.A.F.)  These lunches are always enjoyable and more so when its tinged with sadness at seeing friends leave to follow God's call on their lives, and excitement at the adventure before them.  This lunch in November 2010, proved to be the first for many in the church family because just as God was taking people from our community to another, he also has been bringing people to join us in the journey of faith with Jesus Christ here in Pitlochry.
